SECRETARY: The Secretary shall be under the supervision and direction of the president and executive committee. He shall have custody, keep, and maintain general records of the band, including records of minutes of band and board meetings, committee appointments, and elections.
VICE PRESIDENT: If the president is unable to perform the duties of his office for any reason, the vice president shall occupy his position and perform his duties with the same authority as the president. He shall also act as personnel manager for the band by informing the band members of future engagements and ascertaining that they will be present. He shall keep an accurate list of members’ names, addresses, instruments and telephone numbers. After serving his term, the vice president will move into the role of president for a two-year term.
MEMBER AT LARGE-Acts an an intermediary between band members and the board. Represents the concerns and wishes of the group.
